Quality Inn University Area

I just want to say that this hotel was very good all the staff was shown excellece customer services but I want to shout out Gunter he want over and beyond what customer service excellence is. He made sure not only was I safe and settle he went out his way to ensure that. I am very grateful that he was here in my time of need I really appericate that and God placed him here for me at the right time. The other staff step up as well they all deserve five stars because they all made sure that my three days here were well spent. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The grounds and checkin area was clean. I had purchased my room through a 3rd party and the lady working at the hotel (Robbie) helped me out and was very kind. The family enjoyed the pool it was clean and the staff was very kind and friendly. If there is anything I could add to this place is a extra table with an umbrella by the pool since there isn't any shade for the babies or elderly that would enjoy sitting by the pool. Thank you for amazing stay. I will be back as long as this same staff is working.

Down here on business and wanted to say this hotel exceed my expectations. I am not familiar with the area and kind of just chose something at random to stay for a couple nights that was close to my job and found this place. They have clean rooms, great customer service from the front host Rick absolutely phenomenal person, a very safe and quiet environment, and not too bad on the price. Definitely the place to stay.

Very friendly helpful staff (especially Stephanie). If you’re looking for an affordable clean comfortable place that’s conveniently located, I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for my grandsons first year at Auburn. Best price within 10 miles. Prices on campus was for doctors. Bathroom was clean and no smells. Bed was very comfortable. I felt safe staying here. No noises at night. nice TV and good Wi-Fi. Close to restaurants. Especially Ole Times Country Buffet across the road.

The people were nice, the room looks good and clean. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to get any work done because my room didn't have access to the internet. They have internet but it doesn't reach the far end of the hotel.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment. I travel for a living, and I have stayed at much more expensive places that were not as clean. This bed was so comfortable, the pillows are actually pillows that don't sink to the bed when you lay your head down. I like that they don't have carpet in their rooms. Most hotel carpets are disgusting. I don't usually stay at hotels that have doors on the outside, but this location is by Auburn University and is in a safe and quiet area. I was very impressed with the customer service and with my stay.

Overall the rooms are pretty good. Comfortable beds and very clean. The doors do open on the outside, it's two floors. However, there was a problem with the shower head in my shower. When I turned it on, it had two sideways sprays sending water out. Shower heads are relatively cheap. The other issue is that the hotel cannot even get close to the prices available for their own rooms from the wholesale sites. Considering that they don't fix minor issues quickly for something that might be $30-60, probably don't pay staff $30 / hr ($30/room cleaning), the rooms are likely very overpriced.
